   Responsible End-to-End Project Management, Planning, O&M for Railway Signaling & Telecommunication Systems from the design to implementation stage and monitoring of access dates and key dates. Finalization of BOQ from the approved design documents for the respective stations and projects. Responsible for the timely delivery & completion of S&T execution scope of work under the estimates budget Monitoring the status of material supplied to signaling and telecom scope of works to different Railway electrification/doubling projects. Creation of material purchase request for the S&T items through SAP. Finalization of work order/Purchase order for different vendors for S&T Projects. Resolving the budget issue as per tender budget for S&T supply and execution items. Follow up with the Railway officers for the approval of Inspection call letters / invoices/bills for the project. Supervision of OFC/Quad cable laying for SP/SPP/TSS stations/ LC gates. Supervision of signaling activity like foundation and erection of signals/location box/Dc track Circuit/Axle counter etc. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, Setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and across, multiple projects. Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers. Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
