I started my journey with a strong foundation in accounting, but it was in FP & A where I truly found my passion — turning numbers into insights and strategies that drive business decisions.From starting my career in finance over a decade ago, to now leading planning and forecasting initiatives at the heart of global organizations, every step has been a learning curve — with Excel sheets, revenue models, dashboards, and client calls shaping my day-to-day.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve had the privilege to: • Partner directly with operations, sales, and senior management to translate numbers into insights and decisions. • Support end-to-end FP & A cycles — from budgeting and forecasting to variance analysis and revenue planning. • Work across diverse industries including Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, Insurance, and BPO, with exposure to both India and international markets (US, UK & APAC etc.). • Lead successful transitions, process automations, and digital transformation initiatives — from Hyperion to Anaplan, PeopleSoft to Workday, and building Excel and Power BI dashboards that speak louder than slides.Some of the milestones that mean the most to me: • Spot Award at WNS within 3 months for owning a seamless transition • Named “Star of the Business” for 3 consecutive years at Accenture for delivering results that mattered. • Implemented automations that saved 100+ hours annually and simplified life for the team. • Regular appreciation from global counterparts — and that’s what I value the most: relationships built on trust and consistency. Tools I rely on (and secretly enjoy playing with): Excel (of course!), SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Workday, Anaplan, Power BI, and a dash of storytelling.🤝 What keeps me going? The challenge of solving business puzzles, the satisfaction of getting the numbers right, and the impact of helping teams make better financial decisions.Outside of work, I’m a Delhiite at heart, embracing life as a new dad, and someone who enjoys working with people who are supportive and down-to-earth. I believe in teamwork, staying curious, and always being open to learning something new.
