I have expericene worked on Visulazation tools like lookers, PowerBI etc. I had achieved the bravo award in 2023, and Key contributed in 2024. I had a 3.5 years of experience working on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Talent Recruit. I have implemented in the entire organization sourcing to Onboarding candidates status along with shorting all kinds of queries like solving them recruiting problems. weather it\'s related to adding the extension for parsing the CV\'s or changing the status making visible candidate over ATS how to import the resume entire process knowledge of using the software 2.I have managed the reporting section too like daily basis weekly monthly report sharing with the team heads for ensuring the good number of submissons to boosting the company revenure. I have created the dashboards to over Lookers studio to visualize the report to the founder for the taking the right decsion. I have also crareted some projects on Power BI too 5. I also keep the eye on onboarding the new candidate on ATS to releaving the candidate.
