Experiencing in product like flanges as per ASME B16.5 & butt welded pipe fittings as per ASME B16.9 standard. Timely inspection of incoming raw materials, components and finished goods – sampling,analyzing and Monitoring product quality in line with established protocols & inspection likedimensionally and visually on basis of that decision of material like ok, under deviationaccepted or rejected. During production inspection management (DU-PRO inspection), stopping production line if necessary, in case of proven manufacturing process deviation. Parts required material testing like chemical testing by OES and Mechanical testing i.e. tensile test. Inspection reports issuing, such as technical deviations, NCR’s, Inspection Release Notes. Constructive and cooperative working relationships with vendor, production team and other.
