I’m a Product Manager focused on building scalable platforms and improving digital experiences by solving complex business and system problems through strong product discovery and execution.I’ve led initiatives across travel, fintech, and enterprise platforms to streamline operations, improve user journeys, and drive measurable business outcomes. My work includes modernizing booking and service flows, reducing operational dependency on support teams, improving platform adoption, and enabling better data and identity management across multiple products and user segments.I specialize in platform and shared services such as data ingestion and export, permissions, identity management, and system integrations. By simplifying workflows and removing manual processes, I’ve helped teams improve customer experience, reduce errors and duplication, and increase overall product adoption across organizations.I work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders using Agile Scrum practices, and I’ve previously been SAFe Agile certified, applying scaled agile principles to align teams, manage dependencies, and deliver value incrementally.
