As a GPAM (Global Process and Application Management) Manager responsible for Solution and Process Design for CW1 (CargoWise One) at DHL Global Forwarding, I lead the design and implementation of E2E (end-to-end) solutions involving all areas of the business covering all Core Products and for VAS (value-added services). I have over twenty two years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, with a focus on simplification, process improvement, designing and delivering solutions with the ultimate end users ‘in mind’I am passionate about delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our global customers, partners, suppliers and colleagues, and the Business as a whole. I leverage my Prince2 certification and my skills & experience in freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain, coupled with my broad knowledge of systems / applications & operational processes and understanding of change management and mass deployment of changes, to ensure quality, compliance, profitability / productivity / automation is achieved. I am also committed to collaboration, working as a true cross-functional team with stakeholders from all across the entire business unit, globally, regionally and direct with countries.
