I am a global health and development professional with 15+ years of experience designing programmes, building partnerships, and shaping knowledge strategy to support inclusive, evidence-informed change.At IAPB, I lead/coordinate the development of knowledge tools, sector-wide knowledge exchanges like 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE, and cross collaboration on key issues through our Member Engagement Groups. My work draws on systems thinking, contextual design, and a commitment to equity.Previously, I led national-level capacity-building at India Vision Institute, delivering professional development, advocacy, and education programmes across 20 states. My background spans professional development, eye health delivery, and capacity building at scale. I bring a practitioner’s perspective to strategic design, with a focus on relevance, inclusion, and lasting impact.I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Global Health Policy at LSHTM and welcome opportunities to collaborate, or contribute to initiatives that aim for equity, relevance, and impact.
