Founded in 2018, NHN Global owns and manages different platform businesses in eCommerce and entertainment. NHN Global is based in Los Angeles and is a subsidiary of NHN Corporation in Korea- Process bi‐weekly payrolls and annual incentives for 200+ employees at NHN Global and its subsidiaries, utilizing HRIS program (Zenefits, Paylocity)- Administer company benefits program including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, workers’ compensation, and etc- Manage full cycle recruiting for NHN Global and its subsidiaries with various positions in Design, Back Office, Technology, Business Planning, Sales, and Service Operations- Prepare employee visa applications with an immigration attorney- Maintain and organize employee personnel files- Assist with setting up new subsidiaries in the United States- Prepare monthly HR reports for management- Work closely with Headquarter in South Korea on various HR tasks- Main point of contact for general human resources inquiries.
