I am a motivated and detail-oriented commerce graduate with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and tax compliance. With hands-on experience as a Billing Assistant and currently working as a Billing & Accounts Executive, I’ve developed the skills necessary to support financial reporting, maintain ledgers, perform reconciliations, and ensure regulatory compliance in dynamic business settings.In my current role at Mayoori Furniture, I handle end-to-end accounting operations including ledger management, bank reconciliations, and tax filings (GST, TDS, VAT). I also actively contribute to month-end closings and cross-functional coordination with sales and logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Prior to this, during my tenure at Mahalakshmi Silks, I managed invoice generation, billing data verification, and customer account tracking—ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.I further expanded my experience through a 2-month internship at Santhipuram Co-operative Bank, where I supported customer service, cash transactions, loan processing, and banking documentation. These diverse roles have equipped me with a practical understanding of accounting operations and financial systems.To enhance my technical capabilities, I’ve earned certifications in SAP FICO, Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Tally ERP, and I\'m currently pursuing a Diploma in Finance & Accounting. I’ve also completed training in soft skills and statutory regulations, building my confidence in both client communication and compliance functions.I bring a unique blend of adaptability, quick learning, and teamwork, combined with a proactive approach to handling financial data with accuracy and confidentiality. With fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil, I’m comfortable working in multicultural and multilingual environments.My goal is to build a long-term career in accounting or finance and eventually take on leadership roles where I can contribute to strategic financial decisions and continuous process improvement.
