As a Plating Process owner, led to implementing New plating chemicals from the initial development to production release. Worked closely with multiple customers/vendors and addressed product-related issues including yield, reliability, qualification, etc- As an Etching process owner, led to develop, qualify, and ramped the etching process (Wafer etching and Singulation process) for low-cost MEMS architecture. Proposed, justified, qualified, and implemented process changes to meet cost targets. etc- Integration experiences to solve highly interconnected process issues. Lead the projects to find the root causes and provide a solution to improve the overall yield and production efficiency and productivity- Led process integration R&D projects, in new technology development, including yield improvement, defectivity reduction, device performance improvement, reticle qualification, design verification using test qual vehicles, and customer-designed products- Strong expertise in writing and analyzing DOE, analyzing inline process variation, parametric analysis, integrating multiple process data for problem-solving, creating and implementing FMEAs. Implemented and released new processes, reticle/design fix through subsequent steps from partial to full release- Led multiple high volume manufacturing projects including NPI phase to high volume manufacturing process transfer, new chemical and tool release, cost reduction, process control, cycle time improvement, developed multiple CIPs to achieve benchmark yield, and drove cross-functional task forces in a matrix organization- Develop fixtures and furniture to implementing an ergonomically friendly process environment in the fabrication line and eliminated the potential issue- Mentored several engineers, technicians and helped them to develop engineering and manufacturing skills.
