I am a computational biologist with over 15 years of research experience across industrial, biomedical, pharmaceutical, and environmental fields. My expertise spans a variety of domains, including:• Data analysis and problem-solving: using diverse datasets like genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and microbiome data from internal and public sources to tackle challenges by identifying the right datasets to generate or acquire.• Building and implementing AI/ML solutions: excelling at developing and applying AI/ML tools to expedite the drug discovery process, including designing and optimizing cheminformatics pipelines.• Custom software development: building tailored software solutions based on specific needs, including applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) to enhance drug discovery efforts.• Effective communication: leveraging my wet lab experience to understand the details of experiments and effectively communicate with non-computational team members using clear visualization.In addition to these skills, I am proactive in identifying challenges and devising effective solutions to address them.
