   I lead design team\'s efforts to deliver User Experience solutions for technology solutions including enterprise level tools migration and e-commerce experience for a variety of industry-leading companies. I lead, and manage design team\'s vision, talent allocation, deliverable qualities and time management for the digital products we are building for our client\'s projects. I work to resolve risks, challenges, and roadblocks for our team to succeed. I plan and schedule our team\'s review meetings, create a positive collaborative team environment with effective team meetings and co-working methods and meetings. I allocate tasks to team members based on their skill levels, experiences and interests, and support their individual success in the project and in their career growth. I communicate with clients, users and our engineering leads to understand requirements for products, write the UX requirements document, and produce deliverables with our design team for the project launch and discovery phase, requirements gathering and interview phase, design phase, and deliverable/ QA phase. I inspire and lead our Engineering, Product teams and clients to envision the best user experience possible for our users. I take charge of leading innovative thinking with understanding of technical functionalities.
