I play a central role in JVS’s growth and sustainability by working across the agency to manage and grow resources to support JVS programs and initiatives with a focus on foundation, corporate, and public funding sources. I implement and maintain systems to support securing $8 million in grant funds annually, covering a range of workforce development initiatives including: sector-based skills training, high school and postsecondary bridge programs, job search support, and work readiness training.
