About Jinit Ladhani
As a consultant at Kline & Company, I work with major oil companies to solve challenges to drive sustainable change for them. I work with a diverse team of experts and partners to deliver high-quality research and analysis and to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for our clients.Before joining Kline & Co, I was an industry analyst at Frost & Sullivan, where I conducted market research and competitive intelligence for various sectors, including energy, machines and IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things). I also have a strong background in non-profit leadership, having served as the president of AIESEC in Chennai (local chapter in India) and head of growth and strategy at AIESEC India, the largest youth-run organization in the world. There, I led a team of over volunteers and managed multiple projects and partnerships to foster youth empowerment and social impact.I am passionate about learning and applying new technologies and methodologies to address complex and dynamic challenges and I\'ve completed my Master of Science in Data Science at Liverpool John Moores University, where I\'ve developed my skills in machine learning, data visualization, and statistical modelling. I am also pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and additionally hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.I am also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, a network of young leaders who are committed to creating positive change in their communities. I am also an avid reader, traveller, and speaker, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.
