Nine years of experience in research and development of semiconductor optical devices (e.g. laser diodes) with deep understanding of optoelectronics device materials and physics as well as photonic waveguide theory. Successful track record of designing photonic devices such as distributed feedback lasers and high power laser diodes.Proven programming and simulation skills in MATLAB through research and development. Successfully developed a users interface for waveguide simulation using VB.NET. Well established fundamental knowledge of semiconductor wafer processes acquired through hands-on experience.
