    Train and supervise Financial Reporting Staff • Review monthly and quarterly consolidation process, inventory analytics, derivative accounting, lease accounting, ETVE investment and etc. • Testing of JEM\'s module and development of JEM\'s Reports; Insure TM1 and JEM IT controls are in place; Interface with IT to insure appropriate timing on JDE data uploads is in place, trouble shooting errors on upload, and insuring system availability; Develop and implement and assist in roll out of yearly statutory reporting lead sheets; Coordinate and insure the proper update of TM1 production templates for all Financial Reporting TM1 Templates. • Provide US GAAP and IFRS technical training and support. • Reviewing Financial Information provided from subsidiaries and Financial Reporting Staff. • Collecting and Consolidating Key Financial Information. • Continuous review and improvement of financial reporting cycle, including redesign and building automations in workpapers. • Created SEC filing documents in Workiva and developed automated processes to streamline underlying spreadsheets, eliminating the need for manual steps. Maintaining and continuously improving automation designs to optimize efficiency and accuracy in SEC filing processes. • Assist in publishing Internal and External Consolidated Financial Reports (US GAAP and IFRS).
