ABOUT JING

I am a passionate professional dedicated to empowering both the general public and athletes through fitness, sport, and community. I thrive on building meaningful connections—both personally and by linking others within my network—and believe deeply in the value of surrounding yourself with people who inspire growth.A lifelong learner, I am committed to pushing myself and those around me to reach our fullest potential—whether in personal development, athletics, or professional settings. I bring a collaborative mindset, a willingness to take initiative, and a strong sense of self-efficacy. At the same time, I value mentorship, remain open to guidance, and am never afraid to ask for help. I see self-advocacy and resilience as essential tools for navigating challenges and driving progress. In my role at Homegrown Lacrosse, I oversee and expand leagues and tournaments that serve Minnesota’s lacrosse community. My work spans youth through high school programming for both boys and girls, as well as collegiate and post-collegiate opportunities. I also partner closely with local associations to strengthen grassroots development by providing resources, structure, and support to help communities run effective, engaging, and enriching programs.Beyond Homegrown, I am actively engaged with USA Lacrosse as a Sankofa Clinician, a Program Leader, and an evaluator for the USA National Team Development Program. Internationally, I have competed as a current athlete on the Women’s Senior National Team for China Lacrosse since 2019 and captained the team in the 2026 APAC Championships and 2026 World Games. These roles take me across the U.S. and abroad, contributing to both the growth and competitive excellence of the sport.
