ABOUT JINGLUN FENG
Holding a Ph.D. in Robotics from The City College of New York, I am currently serving as a Research Scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc. My expertise is primarily centered around SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), 3D Vision, and 3D Reconstruction. I am deeply involved in pioneering projects that utilize Radiance Field based SLAM, extensive city-scale Structure from Motion (SfM), on-vehicle mono SLAM/VIO, and advanced multi-sensor fusion techniques integrating GNSS, IMU, VO, and Odometry. In my role, I apply my extensive knowledge to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies for autonomous vehicle systems and detailed environmental modeling, contributing directly to the advancements in Honda’s autonomous mapping & driving projects.
