   Built and positioned the team to provide cross-domain and cross-cutting guidance and services, for instance, frontend development, DevOps practices, microservice architecture, distributed systems, data processing. Led the effort to complete software development “Definition of Done” to guide teams on “what good looks like” Implemented the build readiness and launch readiness review process within the retail bank to ensure that the right applications are built in the right way Collaborated across LOBs to establish non-negotiable non-functional requirements across the whole enterprise. Collaborated across LOBs to approve common capabilities or patterns. Led the effort to build data protection controls to ensure HSHD protection compliance. Led the effort to build domain destination architecture development in key retail bank domains, for instance, payment and money movement, fraud and account management, etc. to drive domain evolvement. Guided the effort to build an ML model that saves 40% incompliant data remediation effort. Mentor many engineers to have stronger performance and be more impactful.
