I’m an award-winning Senior Manager specialising in AI transformation, AI enablement, and enterprise change. I help organisations turn AI ambition into practical adoption, measurable value, and lasting operating model change. My background spans across Industrial Products & Services, Retail, Government, Media, and Pharma. In my current role, I lead the AI and technology agenda for a 650+ person transformation business, shaping strategy, defining priorities, building adoption roadmaps, and helping leadership focus on the AI use cases that create real business impact.AI Strategy & LeadershipIn my current role as the tech driver of the Enterprise and Operation Transformation team, I define and deliver a tech strategy for 650 members, develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, refining priorities as business needs evolve, and lead on measuring success with a series of KPIs, with my understanding of AI value levers, operating models and organisational enablers.AI Enablement & AdoptionAs an excellent communicator and trainer, I lead the AI-related change management, including responsible adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation, by building a successful tech community across UK, South Africa and Middle East team for EOT team. I partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure use cases are well defined with benefits and ROI, and effectively implemented. I oversee the delivery of approved AI initiatives, ensuring they are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
