ABOUT JING LIU
Jing Liu is currently an Associate Engineer in City of San Diego PUD. Jing earned his B.S. in Engineering from Beijing University of Technology and his M.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration on Hydrology and Water Resources from University of California - Irvine. His 18 years of experience have included positions ranging from Civil and Water Resource Engineer to Project Manager and Technical Manager. He has expertise in leading drainage studies, stormwater quality management plans, water quality facilities/BMP design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and construction management for both private and public sector clients in the U.S. and abroad. In his free time, Jing enjoys traveling with, and cheering on, his two boys as he films their competitive water polo tournaments.
