About Jinesh Mehta

Jinesh is a seasoned Supply Chain Professional with over 15 years of industry experience. In his current role as Sr. Manager Solutions Engineering, with XPO Logistics (formerly Menlo Logistics), he manages various projects focusing on removing supply chain waste, Network Design, automated KPI dashboard reporting, and deriving cost savings using various industry tools and methodologies. Jinesh lead initiatives to create various tools for carrier management, transportation rate management, and overall transportation service management. Jinesh has managed various engineering teams for customers like Electrolux, Stanley Black and Decker, and currently, Cameron Oil & Gas. Prior to leading engineering team, Jinesh worked as Manager of Operations for Electrolux North America, account; managing estimated $330MM domestic transportation business. He managed and mentored team of load planners, and track and trace professionals across USA, Canada and Mexico. As Operations Manager, Jinesh focused on improving customer’s on-time delivery experience while maintaining overall transportation spend. He also conducted spend based annual, quarterly, and monthly carrier meetings to manage overall operations. Prior to joining operations team, Jinesh worked as Principle Engineer on Electrolux account focusing on inbound transportation. During his tenure with XPO, Jinesh has conducted and supported various carrier bids – Fleets, LTL (US and Canada). Jinesh is also certified Advanced Silver Lean Leader. Prior to joining XPO Logistics, Jinesh worked with various other 3PL’s as Logistics Engineer and Supply Chain Consultant.
