I lead PA\'s Maritime Account Team, ensuring that we bring PA\'s end to end capabilities to help the Navy deliver its mission. As well as overall leadership of the Maritime Account, I personally lead teams of consultants improving performance across the Support Enterprise and wider transformation in Navy Command. For example, I led PA\'s team of consultants representing a diverse spread of capabilities in support of the MOD\'s Future Maritime Support Programme. This is a multiple Category A defence programme transforming the way support is delivered to the Royal Navy for the next 5 years.

I combine operating model design expertise with strategy, change management and implementation techniques to define, develop and implement transformations. Recent work has included:• Bringing Commercial Maritime insight to help transform the future of Ship Support• Helping to shape the vision for the Royal Navy in 2040• Working with Navy Command to establish a Capability Delivery Team for Support • Helping to define the Navy\'s future Support Industrial Strategy• Defining and designing a Joint Infra Op Model for Devonport• Leading PA\'s support to delivery of the Future Maritime Support Programme• Developing a route-map for the transformation of the Army\'s Portfolio Management Capability• Support to the design and implementation of the UK’s Submarine Delivery Agency • Commercial and negotiation support for a major Cat A Defence procurement• Industry engagement for a land vehicle project team to build their understanding of the market.
