Currently, as Legal Manager at OmneNEST, I support the organisation’s business operations by overseeing commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management. I work closely with cross-functional teams to structure commercially sound engagements, draft and negotiate key agreements, and ensure that business activities align with applicable laws and governance standards while strengthening internal legal processes and contract management frameworks.Prior to this, I worked with organisations such as NSEIT Limited and leading law firms, where I advised business teams on structuring and executing legally sound commercial engagements. My experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, software and software-as-a-service agreements, vendor and partnership contracts, and master service agreements, with a focus on ensuring clarity in commercial terms while safeguarding organisations from legal and regulatory exposure.In addition to transactional work, I have advised senior stakeholders on legal risk mitigation strategies in relation to requests for proposals, requests for quotations, tenders, and ongoing litigation management. Earlier in my career, I also represented clients before forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal and the Bombay High Court in matters involving insolvency law, arbitration, and commercial disputes.
