My practice principally focuses on the areas of corporate and real estate law, with emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, real estate acquisition and development and renewable energy project finance. My clients include domestic and international companies at all stages of growth, as well as strategic and institutional investors.As an active member of the firm’s Asia-Pacific practice, I work extensively with clients from the Greater China Region, helping them successfully navigate investment, acquisitions and expansion in the U.S. market.
