   Key member of a stategic account team to support tier-1 customer Cisco on DOCSIS 3.x data and media gateways, advanced cable and IP set top boxes, home security and automation systems. Support customers throughout the entire product life cycle. Pre-sale support includes working with customers on operators’ RFP and RFQ, product recommendations and design consultations, conducting product performance evaluation tests, and preparing customer product demonstration for major trade shows. Post-sale support includes working with ODMs closely on product development, schematic and layout review, software feature development, and resolving production, certification, deployment and field issues. Primary areas are 802.11 Wireless LAN and Bluetooth technologies. Coordinate internal and external teams in US, Taiwan, India and China on multiple projects with competing priorities. Host weekly meetings with Cisco and ODM’s product development, project management and engineering teams and visit Cisco and ODM locations worldwide to establish and maintain relationships and troubleshoot design and test issues. Work directly with Cisco’s end-customers, suppliers and partners on integration issues. Manage technical escalations from the field and deliver formal and informal trainings to customers.
