Jin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Member of Everest Clinical Research. A hands-on and transformational leader at Everest for more than a decade, she has driven strong organizational growth through her exceptional people and business management skills. Jin provides strategic, data-driven leadership, directs business analysis and aligns teams to deliver results, spearheads strong sales and service execution, while working alongside Everest teams and clients to provide effective and pragmatic clinical delivery solutions. Jin is passionate and humbled by the impact of Everest’s important work in advancing research to deliver life-changing therapies to the world. For the past decade, Jin has been a versatile leader that brings in-depth functional and management expertise and impact. From designing and developing new service offerings, strengthening existing and building new customer relationships, scaling Everest’s internal teams and operational infrastructure, to leading integration processes to incorporate companies acquired by Everest, Jin’s energy and builder mentality has been an asset to the company. Jin has led steady, above-industry growth at Everest and will continue to build upon the company’s quality and operational infrastructure, with innovation, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Everest, Jin was a management consultant for Accenture plc, analyzing business and technology capabilities and KPIs, defining corporate and information technology strategies, and delivering business transformation initiatives for well-known North American companies across diverse industries.
