In my 30+ years of professional experience I’ve led turnarounds and improvement efforts at nearly a dozen sites, across multiple continents. I have been responsible for >$1 billion in revenue and delivered over $200 million in cost savings and margin enhancement. My career is founded in driving operational improvements that deliver sustainable bottom-line improvements through people and leadership. As a proud Navy Veteran and former Commissioned Officer, I have been trained by the best to focus on results from my early military career until today. This has led me to gain and use my Lean certification, my Six Sigma - Green Belt, and the knowledge gained as an APICS-certified Senior Operations Leader to better each organization and the people I have served.
