ABOUT JIM VANDEN BERG
I have an analytical and strategic mind and an easy-going collaborative personality. My analytical experience includes workforce analytics (working with recruiting and EDI data) and actuarial pension analytics which fits with my aptitude for analysis, modeling, administration and compliance. My business strategist experience includes HR consulting roles as a Pension Advisor as well as a business owner. Both analytics and strategic roles require strong reporting, writing and communication skills by providing visualizations and presentations that are easily understood and get to the point. It is important to always be looking for a better way forward by reviewing the results of the past. The tallest mountains get climbed through preparation and persistence. I prefer a calculated and thoughtful approach to the tasks in front of me and a reflective and appreciative approach to what has been accomplished.
