I am a senior leader in the integrated security and communications industry with more than four decades of experience supporting complex organizations across utilities, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, transportation, government, education, hospitality, and commercial real estate.My background spans enterprise security strategy, multi-region operations, organizational leadership, and large-scale system deployment. Over the course of my career, I have worked with national and international security manufacturers, integrators, and corporate end users to design, implement, and optimize integrated solutions that balance operational effectiveness, risk mitigation, compliance, and long-term value.I bring deep experience across people, technology, and business operations — including organizational and matrix leadership, strategic planning, budgeting and financial performance, sales and service operations, M&A integration, system lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
