Create strategy and drive the lean-agile / devops transformation and continuous improvement of CSG’s global delivery model using Lean practices and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This impacts customer engagement, resourcing, requirements, development and testing, governance and support processes. • Our practical application of the lean-agile delivery model has now been adopted on all customer implementations worldwide, and has led to the following accomplishments- Dramatically improved collaboration, internally as well as with customers - Achieved an average forecast variance decrease of 20% for permanent agile teams - Achieved an average 60% improvement in team output for permanent agile teams - Created a Standards of Practice that includes SAFe, DevOps, ITIL & TM Frameworx that incorporates Governance, Implementation and Service Lifecycles - Developed a Lean-Agile Transformation Consulting Service that we offer to customers • Frequent travel to consult with CSG leaders in multiple countries on 6 continents • Consult with global customers to evangelize our approach and incorporate their feedback • Deliver Organizational Change and Lean-Agile Transformation consulting services to global customers • Lead a globally dispersed team of agile coaches and development consultants who provide organizational thought leadership and support to implementation teams.
