Lead all transformational TA activities (People/Process/Tools) through a new TA organization, Americas Competence Center, to ensure that Thales has the optimal talent for current and long-term needs at all times. Core tools used Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed. Full accountability for building and sustaining this new organization, end-to-end TA Processes, and outcomes with a team of 40 people and over 2,500 hires annually. Currently a member of the Global TA Leadership Team, Noram HR Leadership team, and Latam Executive team working in close partnership with a broad range of senior stakeholders including Country CEO’s, business line HR Leaders, other Competence Centre Leads and Global TA Team members.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
