Senior IT Engineering Manager for M&T Bank, serving the Wilmington Trust Institutional Client Services division. Jim leads 2 technology teams focused on the design, build and support for the ICS Deal Management workflow, which includes new client onboarding, KYC, and account servicing setup for 16 different Corporate Trust products. Wilmington Trust’s ICS Deal Management Platform is built on Appian, where Jim’s 10+ years of Appian implementation experience and 20+ years of enterprise IT experience in regulatory-sensitive environments comes into play every day.Prior to joining M&T, Jim served as a consultant and business leader for Vision Point Systems. Jim led the growth of VPS’s Appian practice starting in 2013.
