I enjoy developing individuals, teams, and products, and get excited when I get to apply my talents to solve challenging problems in ways that delight customers and clients.I uncover needs and opportunities, communicate with clear stories and requirements, generate innovative solutions by collaborating closely with developers and clients, and create impactful marketing materials that clearly convey value. I lead by example, challenge team members and clients to achieve their best (through encouragement and mentoring), and help them advance in their careers.I improve products, teams, and companies by simplifying and clarifying, by bridging gaps in understanding, and by raising important questions that reveal issues and opportunities. My experience includes Agile (Scrum) methodology and traditional project management. I work hard and maintain a sense of humor about it – there\'s no reason work shouldn\'t be fun!Tasks I especially enjoy include- working closely with customers, clients, and prospects to develop vision and strategy - managing product development (defining and prioritizing requirements, shaping design)- designing user interfaces that people love - writing clear, concise, and effective communication pieces - developing winning business strategies based on sound product positioning - coaching and mentoring professionals to achieve higher levels of successI also apply skills I developed as a product management leader — strategy, storytelling, marketing, coaching, and mentoring — to the career challenges people face. As a career consultant, I\'ve enabled hundreds of people to clarify their priorities, market themselves effectively, and land dream jobs.I\'m interested in opportunities that allow me to exercise and expand my skill set, to work with talented and passionate people from whom I can continue to learn, and make a positive impact on the world.
