   Level Up Cincinnati is a non-profit that provides coaching, support, and personal development for Black and Latinx first-generation college students. We are supported by a professional network of coaches and leaders invested in helping students springboard their careers and advance their lives to the next level.As the Executive Director, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, as well as strategic planning for our rapid growth. I manage relationships with our corporate partners, seek out new partnerships and donors in our community, develop curriculum for our scholars and coaches, maintain our website, assist with grant writing, and all other facets of the organization that ensure our scholars find success in college and career.
