These include-Harborside Markets (2 locations)-Cups Espresso & Cafés (4 locations)-Scoops & Bites handcrafted ice cream shop-The Bremerton Mercantile-Six hospital gift shops in partnership with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH)Together, our businesses generate approximately $5M in annual revenue and employ a team of 40+ employees, with operations spanning fast casual dining, specialty retail, and convenience markets.Through Harris Management Services, we provide operational oversight, marketing, financial analysis, and growth strategy for our own portfolio, as well as consulting services to other small-to-mid-sized retail and restaurant ventures across Western Washington.Our focus is on scalability, brand development, and operational sustainability, with a track record of launching multiple businesses under budget and ahead of schedule, even during economic downturns.As a company, we are proud to partner with Vadis, an organization that connects developmentally disabled adults with meaningful employment.
