CTO/ISO: Technology strategy, architecture and security for the delivery of blood related Healthcare services - Donor Services, Organ and Tissue, Research Institute, Medical Sciences, Diagnostic Labs. Executive Director of Technology Services: Technology architecture development, application strategy and technology integration for Building Automation, Security and HVAC systems including Big Data, IoT, Connected Systems, PLM, Selection Tools and providing IT consulting, support and implementation services to the business. Director of Global IT Security: Built an organization and developed a 5 year Security strategy and investment plan based on an ISO compliance model. Included all major elements of a CIA security model - Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability - along with cyber attack detection and prevention. Director of Technology Architecture: Developed Technology Architecture strategies for all infrastructure elements from the Data Center to the End User whether tethered or mobile. 40+ year career encompassing every Manufacturing, Security or Engineering IT role from the beginnings of Mini Computing to present day including Field and Machine instrumentation, Systems programming, Operations, Networking, Security, Desktop, Mobility and everything in between. Ability to visualize large systems and integration models to understand complex structures. Then clearly articulate them to anyone. Proven leadership skills. Lead technical and project teams up to over 100 persons where trust and respect are earned through giving the same to others.
