Fraud Product Team – provision 1st line strategy teams with prevention and mitigation products to control; Verification and Authentication, Transaction, Payment, Dispute and Recovery, Portfolio Monitoring and Investigation • Product Health – developed total cost calculation, operating metrics, root cause procedures to identify emerging risk, level set cross functional business priorities, RCSA • Road Map – manage solution lifecycle, capacity business priority decisions, backlogs for Product Owners • Solution – cross functional capabilities, design stop-gap and POC Strategy Execution Team (currently mange both teams) • Implement and oversee operation of fraud programs (Change Control. Operational Risk) • Analytics and metric platforms – analyst productivity, metrics and exception process is key control • Service Fraud Strategy and Operations with MIS
