   Jim Rider invented the Rider Buckle and founded High Tech Tack, LLC in 2013. At High Tech Tack, LLC, we have spared no expense in our testing and research to provide you with the best stirrup adjustment buckle on the market. We know that your stirrup leathers and your stirrup adjustment buckle are of the utmost importance to you, whether you make your living on your saddle, or simply ride for the joy of it. As the pictures show, to adjust your RIDER BUCKLE, simply pull the tab out past the pin, then, slide the sleeve up in order to unlock the buckle and make your adjustment. After your adjustment is made, slide the sleeve down with enough pressure to allow the tab to lock over the pin. Jim Rider expanded on these designs and added a self-locking mechanism, which locks itself automatically after the user returns the stirrup sleeve to the desired adjustment. Once the buckle locks, the stirrup won’t come off the saddle until the user is ready for it to come off.The locking feature adds an extra layer of safety for riders.
