As Director with responsibility for people and culture, I lead on people development including acting as a mentor for members of our team. I support clients to develop their merger, joint venture, partnership, estates strategy and business plans. Recent projects carried out by members of our team include:NHS Acute & Community Provider - New Integrated Care Partnership including developing the Partnership Agreement and critical friend to the ICP as it worked through the transaction process with NHSE/I.Imperial College Healthcare - transformation of food and retail service, including setting the vision and strategy, and appraisal of outsourcing, joint venture, in-house and solutions.Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust - Brokered a partnership between all acute providers in Devon to deliver county-wide children’s community services through a joint venture working to one model Merger of Four Mind Charities in Northamptonshire - Supported 4 Mind charities working across a County wide footprint to merge, including, joint feasibility report, due diligence, merger model, and project management. Livewell Southwest - developed and implemented an estate strategy for, 78 inpatient, clinic and office bases to support new hybrid ways of working, including digital delivery of services and flexible office spaces.
