Leadership experience includes roles as Vice President, Program Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Department Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, Research Team Chair, University Instructor and University Industry Advisory Board member. Responsible for the overall planning, direction and management of projects with a commitment to safe work practices in the engineering / construction industry. Chaired the CII Research Team that published process and procedures for Advanced Work Packaging (AWP.) This research included implementation guides and case studies that led to CII adopting AWP as a Best Practice in 2015. I have presented these findings at CII, ECC, AWP, ENR Global Summit and other conferences.Responsibilities have included administrative management, project and construction management. Successful experience in global leadership, business development / RFP activities and business operation strategies.Additional experience in developing a framework and managing the delivery of requirements associated with an Administrative Agreement with the EPA / DOI.
