I am a strategic finance leader with deep expertise in financial governance, financial service delivery, contract management, and digital transformation. In my most recent role, I built and led the contract management and financial governance function from the ground up for a large public company. My background also spans public accounting for public and private entities ranging in size from $1M to $7.5B in revenue, complex ERP implementations (including SAP), billion-dollar divestitures, and AI-powered innovation initiatives. With 15+ years of experience across finance and accounting roles, I thrive in ambiguity and lead through change. I am passionate about creating agile financial and operational frameworks that not only increase efficiency but also encourage collaborative innovation, including designing scalable models, building high-performing teams, and delivering enterprise-level value. My approach focuses on simplifying complex processes and supporting teams through change management and cross-functional leadership.I have extensive experience in negotiating and managing large-scale, multi-year contracts, developing comprehensive service delivery models, and overseeing detailed financial planning and cost analyses. My proficiency extends to digital and business process transformation, where I’ve led the ideation and functional design of RPA, AI, and machine learning to refine operations and drive cost-effectiveness.I have also led a variety of employee engagement initiatives, including developing career mapping tools, rolling-out professional development programs, leading enterprise-wide training events, and developing a cross-cultural training workshop. I also created and led a local office engagement group which measurably improved employee engagement and community involvement. Beyond my professional work, I am President of the RC Memorial Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which has raised nearly $1M for families affected by childhood cancer in NE Wisconsin.I bring a rare combination of strategic insight, operational execution, and collaborative leadership.
