I am a 3rd generation real estate professional in Florida, and the only appraiser in a family of brokers. I have extensive experience in the appraisal and review of all types of commercial and residential properties, agricultural lands, and special-purpose/limited-market properties throughout Florida. Florida State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #RZ2543 and Georgia Certified General Real Property Appraiser 355398. I am an accredited RPRA Member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. I am qualified as an Expert Witness in the following districts: Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pasco County, Florida; Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, Lake County, Florida; Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Duval County, Florida. I am an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA Refuse to be a Victim Instructor, and an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS).
