I\'m a local government professional who has served a city and multiple counties covering a wide array of countywide and municipal services over 20 years.I currently serve as a Program Management Analyst in the Budget and Finance Division of the Ventura County Executive Office, acting as a liaison between the CEO and the Human Service Agency (MediCal, CalWORKs, CalFresh, etc.), Resource Management Agency (Planning, Environmental Health, Building, Code Compliance), Ag Commissioner/Sealer, and UC Cooperative Extension. In total, I assist in managing $200 million and nearly 1,500 FTEs.Before Ventura County, from 2017 to 2019, I served as an Economic Development Manager in the Placer County Office of Economic Development leveraging years of knowledge as a management analyst for a variety of agencies, particularly in land use and development disciplines. I also served as the point-of-contact for the Arts Council of Placer County (PlacerArts) and the Placer County Visitors\' Bureau.From 2006 to 2019, I served as a Management Analyst in the Placer County Executive Office, serving as an analyst for almost all county departments and agencies in that timespan.My public service journey began in 2005 in the Town of Marana, Arizona as a Management Intern.I am a proud graduate of The University of Arizona, with a B.A. in Political Science and worked towards a Master\'s in Public Administration.I value data-driven decisions, learning, listening, and storytelling.
