I joined Protiviti in October 2004 and since July 2008 I have been a Vice President in Business Operations responsible for Executive Programs, reporting to our CEO. In this role my responsibilities include, but are not limited to- Ensure relevant content is available to Protiviti executives for decision making- Operationalize decisions made by the Protiviti CEO and/or the Executive Team, as applicable- Manage executive (Managing Director and Director) matters, including business cases and related approvals for external hire and internal promotion candidates, onboarding, and the self-evaluation/annual scorecard evaluation process- Manage and produce client events with our Executive Team and Advisory Board - Organize, Manage and execute the global Senior Leadership Conference, as well as a variety of leadership meetings throughout the year- Assist with global internal communications to our professionals as well as using our IT infrastructure and technology to effectively communicate with our clients and internally via audio and video conferencing.Protiviti has been recognized as one of the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For each year since 2015.
