About Jim Pennington

I have been a professional agent in residential and commercial real estate in the Pensacola area of Northwest Florida for more than 12 years. This area includes Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. I am also a licensed agent in the State of Alabama and serve clients in neighboring Baldwin County. I represent sellers and buyers, but I particularly enjoy working with first time home buyers who are typcially young couples striving for the American dream of home ownership. My appreciation of the real estate business has led me to become a successful investor in residential rental and flip properties. I am also working with a partner in the development of an Internet real estate training web site. This online training center will prepare people for vital, but non-licensed careers in the real estate industry such as real estate assistants and property managers. We hope to have the site fully functional soon.
