The V.E.T.S. Program Manager oversees the day to day operations of the program ensuring each deployed V.E.T.S. team and resource has the tools, training and management to be successful on their client engagements. This includes weekly status calls with the teams and client management, training and mentoring of consultants. Create core Sharp Decisions training programs for consultant career advancement. Designs, Implements and Leads the V.E.T.S. Program Boot Camps to train teams of Veteran consultants in the client requirements prior to deploying them to the client engagement.• Collaborates on management to create the SOW’s for team engagements• In accordance with V.E.T.S. Program procedures technical pre-screens each candidate prior to placement in either a Boot Camp or directly to a client engagement• Led V.E.T.S. Program boot camp to train a team in OpenSpan automation and core QA competencies for a large HealthCare Provider• Implementing a CMS system to provide 24-hour access to training for the V.E.T.S Program consultants. This will include HP ALM, HP UFT and Selenium among ISTQB core QA courses on Risk Based testing and Pragmatic approach to testing.
