Finding a \'why\' that is big enough to quit using tobacco (including e-cigarettes) is a key to helping anyone quit using tobacco products. Nicotine, even in liquid form, is an addiction that is more powerful than any other drug of choice. Recently, the Surgeon General said,\"Enough is enough!\" From this one industry alone, there are over preventable deaths each year in the USA. I work with individuals, businesses, and provide community education to kick this habit. A series of questions reveal a person\'s readiness to quit. Businesses alone spend on average about $5800 per year per employee according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (than for a non-tobacco using employee). Costs of purchasing tobacco products to each participant in the program average over a lifetime. This does not include the health effects of these products on the body and its function. In the case of second hand, third hand smoke and vapor, these costs are increased even more to those who are exposed. Our mission is to not just add years to the life of those who chose to quit but to add quality life to those years ahead for these individuals.
