I’m the founder of Mindtality — the first mindset conditioning space designed to vitalise your mind. My learning and development journey began at Cambridge University, supporting doctors with communication skills training. Prior to that, I spent 15 years leading business development and managing high-value stakeholders across digital marketing, medical, fitness, and FMCG industries.Today, I bring all of that experience together to design and deliver training programmes that inspire, challenge, and transform — helping individuals and teams build the mindset to succeed today and into the future.
