As the current Program Manager of the Procedural Skills Mastery Lab, I lead a dynamic team at the forefront of experiential learning in healthcare. I oversee our 24/7 state-of-the-art facility that revolutionizes simulation education. In this role, I drive the innovation and execution of immersive learning experiences using a diverse array of resources, including cadaveric tissues, 3D printing, simulation models and trainers, standardized patients, cutting-edge recording hardware/software, and extended reality (XR) technologies.
